2020 is off to a great start for music with the release of new music from hip-hop's greatest artists. Amongst the release, Weezy fans can celebrate with the release of "Funeral" his 13th solo album. The Young Money star announced the release on Thursday (Jan 23rd) and kept his promise and delivered. The 24 track album features artists such as XXXTentacion, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Lil Baby, Jay Rock, The Dream, and more. The is album is following his most recent album "The Carter V" which took 8 years to release due to label issues with Cash Money and it's CEO Birdman.
The Funeral LP was supposed to be released at the end of 2019 but faced delays and not much was stated on reasons for the delay, but regardless of the reasons, the hip-hop vet has delivered to his fans an amazing new album. The vibes of the album bring that true authentic "Wayne Album" feel with a great instrumental selection. The production features the likes of London On Da Track, LoopHoles, Rio and more.
