[Entertainment News] Usher's Iconic Super Bowl Performance 2024

During the February 11th, 2024 Super Bowl halftime show in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, fans and celebrities came to enjoy the biggest night in sports to watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the San Fransico 49ers. Taylor Swift and Ice Spice were in attendance but that wasn't the hype of the night. The halftime show was the talk of the whole experience and what seemed to move the crowd. Usher was the main headliner for the evening being joined by Ludacris, Lil Jon, Jermaine Dupree, and more.

Usher made it clear that he was there and representing his hometown of Atlanta especially when he made the statement "I brought the world to the A" while he was on stage. The iconic singer performed hit singles such as "Lovers and Friends", "You Don't Have To Call", and "Love in the Club" and the performance featured Alicia Keyes's solo single "If I Ain't Got You". Usher and Alicia seemed to get close during their performance for "My Boo" which has the internet talking.

2019 Grammy-nominated artist H.E.R also made a guest appearance and was seen in the background shredding out on an electric guitar for the opening of "Bad Girl" before the hit single "OMG" which featured Will I Am from Black Eyed Peas. The next hit that was performed was "Turned Down For What" which brought out Atlanta artist Lil Jon. To end the night with a bang, Usher performed his 2004 hit single "Yeah!" and Ludacris made his appearance.

This show truly was a night sports fans will remember and cherish as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity they may never experience again. The crowd was on the edge of their seats and got an amazing show. The halftime shows are always great but this one is one for the books and will go down as one of the greatest. Not only was it a great performance Kansas City fans always got to celebrate the win 25-22 in overtime over the 49ers. It was truly a great night and something that will be talked about for months or years to come.
