Playboi Carti has announced his upcoming “Antagonist Tour,” which kicks off in Denver, Colorado, on Sep. 6, and takes place in North America and Europe. The Atlanta rapper will be making 38 stops on tour in major cities and arenas across the world such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, Boston, New York, Atlanta, London, Amsterdam, and more, before closing out on Dec. 4 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Carti will be joined by his Opium record label music producers, Destroy Lonely, Homixide Gang, and Ken Carson. The Opium record label was established in 2019 by Playboi Carti which has signed artists such as Carson, Destroy, and Homixide. The Antagonist Tour is Carti’s first headlining tour since 2021’s Narcissist Tour. The Narcissist Tour was in support of his first No. 1 album, “Whole Lotta Red.” The album featured Kid Cudi, Future, and Kanye West. Destroy Lonely will not be present on the San Francisco and Chicago tour stop while Ken Carson will not be present on the Chicago tour stop. Destroy Lonely will not support the Chicago and San Francisco shows, while Ken Carson will not play the Chicago show. Carson is known for his second studio album, “X” which landed him a spot on the Billboard 200, and Lonely released his debut album “If Looks Could Kill”, which reached No.1 on Apple Music. Carti is expected to be releasing a new album this year. Carti teased potential projects, including a collaboration project with Philly rapper, Lil Uzi Vert, and a collaboration project with rising star YoungBoy Never Broke Again.
